This is a short and unusual book, very down to earth, while aiming to provide a concise and coherent explanation of today’s complex global banking system. Oxfam has released a damning review of the EU’s pending next black- and grey-lists for tax havens, which are expected to omit nearly all the big offenders – a bad sign for the future of global tax collection.
